How long does it take for me to receive my order?
If you buy our "country-specific" products, that means we have them locally available, manufactured, and ready to go. For In-Stock items, delivery times are normally within 7-10 days.

While we have many items, variants locally available, we simply can't stock everything we have to offer. In lieu of having everything always available, we do have a 'made to order option on some items which allows you to select the exact size, and style, and even some provide your own image. At the same time, our shop will provide 6000+ styles of products for you to choose from.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Depending on the kits selected, you may receive your orders at different intervals. This is as some items are made to order, which are specifically made for you. So you're not waiting for the whole order to be ready, we sometimes ship part of your order so you're not waiting. If this happens, don't panic - your items will be with you soon

What if my order arrived damaged, or was incorrect?

Like what you brought but it’s defective? As part of our exchange policy, we will exchange the product purchased for the same or similar product.

Unfortunately, no - as a boutique retailer, we manage to keep our amazing products at accessible prices by cutting out significant overheads such as having a retail store.
