   The Spring Festival is approaching, our store will temporarily suspend shipments from January 27, 2021 to March 2021, and will resume shipments starting around March.
Due to the long period of statutory holidays, it will lead to a sharp increase in shipments around the holidays. There will be a delay of about 5-10 working days in the delivery of orders in various countries. The delivery time of some products is subject to the prompts on the product page. .
It is recommended to try to avoid the peak period before and after the long holiday to order, I wish you a happy shopping!

NOTICE: Please note that due to disruptions in our supply chain caused by COVID-19, shipping may be delayed an additional 1-2 weeks.

All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse in Asia. We process orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Normally it takes about 1-3 days for new orders to be processed and the order will be shipped the next day after the processing day.Please kindly allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale peak seasons. Please note that orders can not be shipped on weekends.total delivery time is 12-30 days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to COVID-19, expect delivery between 30-60 days.

Canada: Between 17 - 35 days average

France: Between 12 - 35 days average

Spain: Between 15 - 37 days average

Germany: Between 12 - 35 days average

United Kingdom: 7 - 21 days average

All Others: Between 15 - 35 days average

Please note that factors outside of our control (eg holiday congestion, weather events, health crises) may impact shipping times. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Individual items within an order may ship from different locations and may arrive on different dates.

PROCESSING TIMES
Order delivery times as mentioned above do not include order processing times.

KITS FROM CHINA
Stock Designs: Processing times for stock designs (ie not Custom Kits) is 1-3 business days.

Custom Kits: Processing time for custom kits is 3-7 business days. Processing times for custom kits is contingent on potential back-and-forth with the customer over edits.

Please note that processing times vary by time of year. During periods of high volume (eg the holiday season), order processing for stock designs may take up to 10 business days; Custom Kits may take up to 15 business days to process).

SHIPPING CARRIERS
You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not already been shipped.

We understand the frustration caused by longer-than-usual processing and delivery times due to COVID-19 and want you to know you have total flexibility to cancel any orders that have not yet shipped. Thank you for your patience!

To request a cancellation, please contact official@5diamondpainting.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country. As soon as it lands in the US, it will move quickly to your doorstep via USPS!

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
